Zimmer Biomet is looking for a strategic marketing leader to manage the EMEA Segment Strategy. This role involves developing marketing plans, coordinating product launches, and mentoring sales team members. This position offers the opportunity to impact product commercialization significantly while traveling 40-50% of the time.

This position is responsible for shaping the product portfolio strategy and providing product-specific input with the Marketing Lead. The role involves managing and implementing the EMEA Segment Strategy, coordinating NPI launch plans, and rationalization projects. You will develop strategic marketing plans in collaboration with country management teams to align with global priorities and EMEA KPIs, working closely with the Marketing Lead. Mentoring less experienced sales team members and handling stretch projects will also be part of your responsibilities.
