What You Can Expect

This position is responsible for shaping the product portfolio strategy and providing product-specific input to the Marketing Lead. Responsibilities include managing the EMEA Segment Strategy, coordinating NPI launch plans, and rationalization projects. The role involves developing strategic marketing plans in collaboration with country management teams to align with global priorities and EMEA KPIs. Mentoring less experienced team members and managing stretch projects are also part of the role.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Contribute to the development of the EMEA Segment Strategy.
  • Lead the commercialization of Zimmer Biomet's Segment portfolio in the EMEA market.
  • Support Product Managers and the Commercial team with product expertise, training, and key account support.
  • Design promotional strategies with marketing partners for core EMEA brands.
  • Collaborate with Zimmer Biomet Institute to establish medical education programs for surgical professionals.
  • Create product training programs with the Zimmer Biomet Sales Academy.
  • Coordinate NPI plans and liaise with demand planning for accurate forecasts.
  • Identify expert surgeons for corporate activities.
  • Plan marketing initiatives based on competitor activities to enhance focus brands.
  • Support sales and marketing teams across the EMEA region to execute strategy and achieve revenue targets.
  • Assist with new product launches and market introductions.
  • Align with other EMEA segments to promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Mentor and train less experienced team members, promoting best practices across the region.
