Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Marketing Manager to shape product portfolio strategies and manage EMEA segment strategies. The role involves leading product launches, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-regional teams to enhance market presence. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in healthcare consulting and be fluent in English and Italian.

What You Can Expect

This position is responsible for shaping the product portfolio strategy and providing product-specific input with the Marketing Lead. The role involves day-to-day management and implementation of the EMEA Segment Strategy, coordination of NPI launch plans, and rationalization projects. Developing strategic marketing plans in collaboration with country management teams to ensure alignment with global priorities and EMEA KPIs is also key. The position includes mentoring less experienced sales team members and managing stretch projects.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Contribute to developing and shaping the EMEA Segment Strategy.
  • Lead the commercialization of the Zimmer Biomet Segment portfolio in the EMEA market.
  • Support Product Managers and the Commercial team with product expertise, including training and key account support.
  • Design promotional and communication strategies with marketing partners for core EMEA strategic brands.
  • Collaborate with the Zimmer Biomet Institute to establish medical education programs for surgical professionals.
  • Create product training and development programs for internal staff with the Zimmer Biomet Sales Academy.
  • Coordinate the NPI plan for the region and liaise with Demand Planning to ensure accurate forecasts.
  • Identify expert surgeons for corporate activities.
  • Plan marketing initiatives based on competitors’ activities to enhance focus brands’ attractiveness.
  • Coach and support in-country sales and marketing teams to execute the EMEA strategy and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide hands-on support for new product launches in markets.
  • Align with other EMEA segments to promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Mentor and train less experienced team members, promoting best practices across the region.

Your Background
  • University-level education, bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare consulting, preferably within the Medical Device industry.
  • Experience in national/international strategy implementation within healthcare.
  • Proven mentoring skills and customer interaction experience.
  • Effective communication and influencing abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; French and Spanish are a plus.
  • Availability for 40-50% travel.
