Position: Marketing Manager Automation Europe

This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Automation solutions. It requires a blend of technical understanding and marketing expertise to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and support business growth. The incumbent will work closely with the Munich-based business unit and act as the liaison for the country teams.

You will be part of the European Marketing organization, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing & Customer Experience Europe, and this position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define relevant customer segments, develop value propositions, and establish unique positioning and messaging.
  2. Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches in Europe, coordinating with sales, scientific marketing, and global marketing teams.
  3. Develop and execute launch plans, including promotional activities, sales training, and customer education.
  4. Guide cross-functional country teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  5. Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing product lines.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in product marketing within the industry, with a strong understanding of strategic planning and marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
