Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager - Agriculture

Location: Emilia-Romagna, Lombardia, Veneto, Italy

Our multinational company in the agricultural sector is seeking a Marketing Manager specializing in Agriculture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in this role, specifically within companies involved in fertilizers, seeds, or agriculture.

The candidate will report directly to the Country Manager and will be responsible for:

  1. Market and competitor analysis, defining product and pricing strategies.
  2. Identifying priority development sectors in close collaboration with sales and Product Managers.
  3. Developing marketing plans for products, clients, and services in partnership with the sales team, and managing the budget to implement these strategies.
  4. Demonstrating leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.

Objectives include:

  • Expanding the Italian market.
  • Diversifying products, with a focus on primary offerings.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Office Suite and good command of English.
  • Residence in the Verona province or willingness to relocate.
  • Dependent employment and compensation aligned with experience.
