What You Can Expect

This position involves shaping the product portfolio strategy, providing product-specific input to the Marketing Lead, managing day-to-day operations of the EMEA Segment Strategy, coordinating NPI launch plans, and rationalization projects. You will develop strategic marketing plans aligned with global priorities and EMEA KPIs in collaboration with country management teams.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Develop and shape the EMEA Segment Strategy for Knee
  • Act as the main contact for knee marketing topics in Italy and Greece
  • Lead the commercialization of Zimmer Biomet's Segment portfolio in the EMEA market
  • Support the Commercial team with product expertise, training, and key account support
  • Design promotional and communication strategies with marketing partners for core EMEA brands
  • Collaborate with Zimmer Biomet Institute to set up medical education programs for surgical professionals
  • Create training programs for internal staff with the Sales Academy
  • Coordinate NPI plans for EMEA and liaise with Demand Planning for forecasts
  • Identify expert surgeons for corporate activities
  • Plan marketing initiatives based on competitor activities to enhance focus brands' attractiveness
  • Coach and support sales and commercial leads across EMEA to meet revenue targets
  • Support new product launches in markets
  • Align efforts with other segments to promote cross-selling opportunities

Your Background
  • University degree (Bachelor's)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare consulting, preferably in Medical Devices
  • Experience with national/international sales and strategy implementation in healthcare
