ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong background in field marketing, demand generation skills, and virtual event experience who has proven to be a highly organized self-starter. In this role, you will be responsible for building, driving, planning, and executing marketing programs; targeting prospects and existing customers; directly contributing to the success of the sales team's pipeline goals. This role will involve daily interaction with the field sales team and cross-functional stakeholders, and requires a combination of strong planning, organizational, communication, and execution skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the sales stakeholders to build a demand generation plan and brand awareness within the different industries
- Lead planning with sales leaders to influence and identify the right objectives, strategies and prioritization in terms of marketing contents and activities
- Execute online and offline marketing strategy to support a strong pipeline and deliver tangible business results: campaigns, webinars, events, customer loyalty, etc.
- Succeed in onboarding and aligning all the different sales channels (direct, indirect with dealers, inside sales) for campaign success
- Create and articulate persona-based value propositions in campaigns according to the target audience
- Build nurturing and automated programs for increasing qualified sales leads, and pipeline acceleration
- Maintain and optimize the local website and ensure the right customer journey between the different corporate websites
- Coordinate the organization of major events in the sector
- Localize and deploy contents produced by global marketing for launching new products
- Elaborate an editorial organic calendar to cover all the industries and launch paid social media campaigns
- Collaborate and challenge efficiently the different service providers and agencies: content creation (eBooks, videos, graphics...), booth designers...
- Monitor competitor activity and trends in the sector
- Maintain close relationships with Press and Institutions in the industry
- Measure campaign and program effectiveness: regular pipeline inspection, deal tracking, and marketing KPIs to ensure continuous evaluation for improvement and ROI
- Manage the marketing budget and expenses related to the marketing activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital and social media marketing in a B2B environment
- CRM & Marketing Automation, ideally SFDC & Pardot, for reporting, campaign management, data management, and automated programs
- Digital skills: Web (SEO, SEA, Google Analytics) and social media
- Proven ability to plan and execute strategic campaigns
- Experience working with sales teams is a must; ability to effectively communicate
- Self-motivated, results oriented
- Excellent organizational, time and project management skills to manage the complexities of multiple ongoing activities and to balance the many analytical and execution demands of the role
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business and market requirements and prioritize current business needs and opportunities
