Veritas Press is a Christian organization dedicated to providing the best classical Christian education materials and services anywhere. We are in need of a remote, Full-Time, Marketing Manager that can manage timely execution of the communications flow of the Veritas Marketing Department.

Description:

The Marketing Manager will play a central role in building upon the backbone of Veritas’s modern marketing engine. This key role will transform existing strategies into a cohesive, data-driven growth program, using content and customer lifecycle marketing (CLM) as the core levers and a blend of hands‑on execution with operational leadership. The position will shape brand voice, develop lifecycle strategies, and launch campaigns that drive both acquisition and retention. This position will work closely with the VP of Marketing & Sales and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless experience for families. The ideal candidate brings a T-shaped marketing skillset, with depth in content and lifecycle marketing, broad skills across channels, and success in optimizing existing content strategies to align with broader growth goals.

Some Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with the VP of Marketing & Sales. Success in this role will be measured by growth in new family acquisition, improved customer lifecycle performance, and marketing-driven sales contribution.

  • Understand key family segments and value propositions to create content that builds trust and drives action.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive enrollment growth and strengthen the Veritas brand.
  • Lead content creation across email, web, social, and advertising channels.
  • Manage customer lifecycle campaigns to boost engagement and retention.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for key seasons and launches.
  • Use analytics to measure performance and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Academic, and Web teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Supervise the Social Media Coordinator and support event marketing efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or growth roles (5+ years preferred), or demonstrated ability to deliver results in comparable contexts.
  2. Deep expertise in content marketing and lifecycle/email marketing, with broad experience across other channels.
  3. Analytical and metrics-driven to measure success and iterate quickly.
  4. Proven ability to translate strategy into execution across content and lifecycle marketing.
  5. A builder-operator, excited to transform strong existing foundations into a structured, scalable marketing engine, comfortable operating both in platforms and shaping strategy.
  6. Exceptional communicator and storyteller who can adapt tone and message to different audiences.
  7. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for Classical Christian homeschool education.
  8. Preferred experience in the education industry or familiarity with homeschooling communities.
  9. Preferred knowledge of Classical Christian education principles and philosophy.
  10. Preferred familiarity with conference planning and event organization.

Education:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
