You will strategize and optimize growth initiatives for our B2B SaaS platform, focusing on customer acquisition and branding efforts. The ideal candidate has proven B2B SaaS marketing experience and is fluent in both Italian and English, eager to make a positive impact on the planet by joining a young, dynamic team.

2. Position Summary

As the Marketing / Growth Manager at Metrikflow, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives to scale our B2B SaaS platform. You’ll own the customer acquisition funnel and work on strategies across branding, lead generation, content marketing, performance marketing, and other digital channels. Fluency in English and Italian is essential for engaging with diverse audiences and creating tailored content for the Italian market.

Tasks
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Metrikflow’s B2B SaaS platform.
  • Drive content strategy and branding activities.
  • Test and scale lead generation efforts, improving results and efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation.
  • Design performance marketing campaigns to attract qualified leads.
  • Test and refine high-converting landing pages.
  • Analyze and optimize the entire lead generation and marketing funnel, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
  • Research and implement innovative marketing tactics to stay ahead in the SaaS space.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, Digital Marketer, Sales Manager, or similar role in B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise in communication, branding, Google Ads, and content marketing.
  • Lead generation expertise is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SemRush, etc.
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing principles and strategies.
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing funnels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in English.
