Job Description

Role Requirements

You'll develop and execute marketing strategies, create compelling content (digital & print), manage events, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Key responsibilities include :

  • Strategy & Implementation : develop and manage annual marketing plan.
  • Brand Building : strengthen Doka's brand in the market, working closely with HR on employer branding.
  • Content Creation : produce engaging content for various channels (website, social, PR).
  • Digital Management : oversee website, social media and online content.
  • Event Coordination : plan and execute industry trade shows and customer events.
  • Performance Analysis : track and optimize campaign effectiveness (GA, Adwords).
  • Budget Management : control and manage the marketing budget.

Qualifications

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum five years of marketing experience with a focus on B2B markets
  • Marketing or related degree preferred with knowledge of key marketing operations required
  • Market knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous
  • Strong strategic and commercial awareness beneficial, commercially minded
  • Strong verbal, written and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • High level of motivation and good team working skills
  • Experience working with in-house or external agencies, publications, designers, printers and photographers
  • Good level of IT literacy including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Understanding of marketing software such as Adobe design packages, google analytics and email software beneficial
