As the Regional Marketing Manager for Italy, you will be responsible for executing our regional marketing strategy in the Italian market to increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support sales growth. Reporting to the Country Manager Italy and working closely with global cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and partnership teams, you will optimize marketing channels, localize content, manage events and collaborations, and drive PR initiatives to position Eye-Able as the leading provider of digital accessibility solutions in Italy.

This role is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented marketer who thrives in a dynamic international B2B SaaS environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to drive measurable impact.

Your Responsibilities

Website and SEO Optimization

  • Enhance the Italian version of our website to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for website growth.
  • Localize and adapt paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team to align campaigns with growth goals in Italy.
  • Track ad performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Increase Eye-Able’s brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns, PR, and media partnerships.
  • Generate new B2B leads, supporting the Sales team in acquiring new customers through initiatives such as events, content marketing, ABM, and digital marketing.
  • Develop B2B growth strategies to drive consumer adoption of Eye-Able through branding, communication, and on-the-ground activations.
  • Plan and manage industry events and strategic partnerships, participating in trade shows, conferences, and initiatives that strengthen Eye-Able’s positioning.
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives with brand partners, helping them integrate Eye-Able into their communication strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, optimizing strategies based on KPIs and market insights.

Social Media and Content Localization

  • Manage Eye-Able’s Italian social media channels, aligning content with brand messaging and local market needs.
  • Collaborate with the global team to localize blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Suggest creative ideas to engage the Italian-speaking audience.

Events and Webinars Execution

  • Plan and execute relevant events, webinars, and conferences to boost brand presence and generate leads.
  • Work with sales and partners to maximize event success and audience interaction.
  • Oversee event promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up to ensure ROI.

PR and Brand Awareness

  • Develop and implement PR strategies to position Eye-Able as a thought leader in digital accessibility.
  • Build strong relationships with Italian media, journalists, and industry influencers.
  • Secure media coverage, publish guest articles, and coordinate interviews in key industry publications.

Customer Marketing and Advocacy

  • Create customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies to highlight Eye-Able’s impact.
  • Engage existing customers through educational content and community initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive retention and customer advocacy.

Partner and Ecosystem Marketing

  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with local agencies, resellers, associations, and influencers.
  • Launch joint marketing initiatives to extend Eye-Able’s brand visibility in Italy.
  • Manage co-branded campaigns, sponsorships, and collaborative promotional efforts.

Your Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Experience planning and executing events and webinars, with strong project management skills.
  • Track record of running localized, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, events).
  • Strong writing and localization skills to ensure content resonates with Italian-speaking audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Partnerships to support pipeline growth.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize marketing performance.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Storyblok, Matomo, and webinar / event platforms is a plus.
  • Self-starter, independent, and proactive in execution.
  • Passionate about digital accessibility and creating a more inclusive web.
