We are Miroglio Fashion — the Miroglio Group company that manages, both directly and indirectly, the design, production, and international distribution of 9 clothing brands.

Each brand has its own unique identity and specialization, created to reflect and celebrate every woman's style.

We’re looking for a new Marketing Manager to join Miroglio Group headquarters in Alba.

The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, has a deep understanding of market and fashion trends, and is capable of creating and implementing brand marketing strategies across all consumer touchpoints.

Your Mission

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plan across multiple channels, defining the marketing calendar, managing budgets, and tracking KPIs and performance to assess the effectiveness of each initiative.
  • Manage relationships with Wholesale Italy/Europe and Digital Marketplace accounts, supporting the development and implementation of marketing plans and ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and investment working closely with Commercial team.
  • Integrate and execute seasonal in-store events into the communication calendar, collaborating closely with Brand Comms, Social Media, Visual and Retail teams to define support strategies, monitoring KPIs and measure ROI.
  • Coordinate internal Sales Meetings and support the organization of the Store Manager meetings to ensure consistent alignment across teams.
  • Oversee and manage the Media plan in collaboration with Digital, PR and Social Media teams.
  • Partner with Brand Comms teams to support brand events, such as Design Week.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in fashion or lifestyle insutry
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Strong ability to develop and execute marketing communication strategies across all consumer touchpoints
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP platforms and Microsoft Office applications
