Overview

The Position We are seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Lead CRM Pipeline to lead and prepare the launches of new Boehringer Ingelheim assets in Cardio Renal Metabolic (CRM) Therapeutic Area.

You will act as reference point in CRM for cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. You will report to Head of CRM Franchise.

This role is central to enhancing engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and caregivers through personalized, compliant, and data-driven marketing strategies. You will lead a growing team focused on delivering impactful campaigns that support disease awareness, treatment adherence, and long-term health outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the CRM marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, compliance, and patient-centricity.
  • Design and execute CRM strategies tailored to the CRM landscape, addressing the complex needs of HCPs and patients across chronic conditions.
  • In collaboration with cross-functional team you will develop relationships with Key Opinion leaders within the CRM community to prepare the market for new therapeutic targets in CRM.
  • Propose, define and implement, in agreement with Corporate Headquarters, the integrated customer plans in terms of investments and relevant activities integrating all available channels for the assigned therapeutic areas and products.
  • Propose the communication strategy and key messages, ensure the creation of contents and define the most appropriate channel mix for the products under your responsibility.
  • Cooperate with Medical Department to analyze the results of the clinical studies in order to define the key communication messages and assure that materials in support of communication process are coherent with the product strategies and the current laws and regulations.
  • In collaboration with other functions, constantly collect market and customer insights; identify business opportunities; define and monitor key performance indicators; where appropriate propose corrective actions; plan sales and resources for CRM area.
  • Lead cross-functional team to create and execute on a comprehensive and deliverable Asset Strategy to maximize asset value, accelerate launch and optimize the lifecycle. Ensure that all interactions and engagements activities are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with BI values.
Requirements
