  • Extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales, with a strategic mindset, preferably in super premium brands

  • Experience in market research / CRM / Brand Marketing / Marketing Communications / Product Management
  • Fluency in Italian and English
Position Summary

You will drive Nespresso's business results and brand image by translating, enhancing, and implementing the global marketing strategy into the local market and ensuring Nespresso customer experience across all customer touchpoints. Drive local brand strategy and influence global strategy to increase the local Nespresso brand equity.

A day in the life of... the Marketing Director Nespresso B2C and B2B
  • Lead CRM based on strong data insights as per Nespresso’s DTC model and ensure activation of Nespresso’s consumer base to drive business results
  • Drive innovative solutions relevant to Nespresso by tracking the latest trends and competitors’ developments
  • Be responsible for collecting and analyzing external data to extract insights and formulate recommendations for the organization to develop the consumer journey strategy across all touchpoints
  • Ensure high-quality and consistent brand image across all marketing initiatives and touchpoints (media, boutiques, websites)
  • Lead improvements in business results by providing marketing tools to B2C and B2B channels
  • Build a strong team with effective collaboration and shared goals
  • Manage corporate communication and act as a spokesperson for the company
