Réservation is a luxury fragrance brand inspired by the elegance of Italian fashion, the artistry of French craftsmanship, and the free-spirited ethos of California. Its debut collection, launched in March 2025, includes seven exquisite perfumes designed to capture the sophistication of old-world hospitality. With scents crafted by renowned perfumer Yann Vasnier, Réservation embodies the spirit of travel, refinement, and the art of living. In order to support our growing business, we are looking for a Marketing & Digital Coordinator to join the team in our Milan offices.
MISSION
Coordinate and execute global marketing activities across both online and offline channels, with a strong focus on digital. Manage the global marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and in alignment with brand strategy. Collaborate with international agencies, analyze performance, optimize strategies, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, reporting to both the GM and Artistic Director.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Communication
- Manage the global marketing calendar, ensuring alignment and timely execution of all marketing activities, including product launches, content creation, and key initiatives, across all channels.
- Coordinate all external partners (media agencies, PR, social media, etc.), ensuring efficient collaboration and the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development and distribution of brand assets, ensuring consistency and effective utilization across all touchpoints.
- Analyze marketing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and working with the Artistic Director to address needs or adjustments.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the overall brand strategy, collaborating with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.
Digital Marketing
- Work with the digital agency to optimize strategies across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives and consistency across all channels.
- Monitor digital performance across all platforms (website, social media, e-commerce), analyzing key metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee e-commerce performance, ensuring strategies are in place to drive sales, optimize conversion rates, and improve the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure synergy between organic and paid campaigns, maximizing reach and engagement.
- Ensure all digital channels reflect the brand’s identity, are continuously optimized, and contribute to achieving business goals.
Presentations & Analysis
- Drive continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, monitoring competition and generating ideas to stand out.
- Compilation of brand presentations.
- Prepare marketing budgets and track performance by measuring ROI and KPIs.
- Preparation of presentation slides for Business Reviews.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- 3-5 years experience in marketing or related experience within the luxury industry (Beauty, Watch & Jewelry or Accessories).
- Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing preferred.
- Fluent in English and Italian; French would be a plus.
- Team-player with a positive, helpful, and curious attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Hands-on mentality and pro-active mindset.
- Self-motivated, able to effectively prioritise and plan workload to strict deadlines.
PROFILE
- Degree in international marketing, business studies or similar.
- Passionate about fragrances, social media, and lifestyle.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship building skills.
- Able to work flexibly, adapt easily to change, and bring novel ideas and solutions.
- Able to accurately produce and analyse reports and documentation.
- Commercial awareness.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus.
