How You Will Contribute

As a Marketing & Development Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping and executing I AM Unico’s digital growth and brand development strategy. You will strengthen our positioning as a top-tier provider of exclusive, tailor-made helicopter experiences across the luxury travel, wedding, corporate, and private event sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s vision and business goals, with a strong focus on visibility, engagement, and lead generation
• Manage and grow our presence across key platforms (Instagram and LinkedIn), maintaining a consistent editorial calendar and creating high-impact content for a sophisticated, international audience
• Create and oversee production of branded digital content , ensuring tone, visuals, and messaging reflect I AM Unico’s luxury positioning
• Collaborate with strategic partners to plan and execute joint communication initiatives , ensuring alignment with our brand identity and enhancing shared visibility across channels.
• Monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance , using analytics tools to optimize content, audience targeting, and platform strategy
• Supervise the production of digital assets , from concept to post-production, working closely with creatives and external agencies
• Support broader business development efforts , contributing to initiatives that enhance brand equity, expand into new markets, and reinforce I AM Unico’s leadership in the exclusive travel and luxury experience space.
• Track industry and social trends , bringing forward innovative ideas, tools, and strategies to elevate our digital presence and client engagement

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing and social media within the luxury sector, whether in fashion, design, lifestyle, hospitality, or high-end services
• Native or fluent in both Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you work effectively with partners, creatives, and internal teams to bring the brand vision to life
• A storyteller at heart : you understand how to speak to an affluent, discerning audience
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, content creation tools, and analytics dashboards
• Proficient in Office Suite, Photoshop (or equivalent), Meta Business Suite, and social analytics platforms
• Highly organized, creative, proactive, and results-driven
• Aesthetic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail, aligned with luxury brand standards
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and client-oriented mindset
