About the Position :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in developing and executing Ecoversity’s marketing strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing, mission-driven organization and help amplify our impact worldwide.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will lead the execution of campaigns, starting with our Herbalism Campaign, and craft messaging that resonates deeply with diverse audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to develop content, manage partnerships, and drive initiatives that reflect and advance Ecoversity’s mission of fostering connection and inspiring change.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and working in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. If you’re the kind of person who color-codes their calendar, makes memes that actually make people LOL, and believes plants have a consciousness—then we’re definitely talking to you.

What You'll Do :

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in executing Ecoversity’s marketing strategies, ensuring our message resonates with audiences worldwide. Working closely with our creative team, you’ll manage content, campaigns, and partnerships that embody our mission to foster connection and inspire change.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they hit KPIs and align with Ecoversity’s mission.
  • Bring creative ideas to the table and help shape impactful campaigns.
Content Creation :
  • Draft and edit copy for email campaigns, social media posts, website updates, and other marketing materials.
Social Media Management :
  • Oversee posting, scheduling, and audience interactions across all social platforms.
  • Ensure all social content aligns with the campaign goals and brand voice.
Project Coordination & Timeline Management :
  • Coordinate and manage marketing and campaign calendars to keep everything on track.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and teams stay aligned.
  • Enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks within the marketing process.
Analytics & Reporting :
  • Track campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine future strategies.
  • Prepare reports, and handle documentation for campaigns and projects.
Budget Oversight :
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to manage budgets for campaigns and projects.
  • Track expenditures and ensure budgetary goals are met.
Collaboration :
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Director in campaign execution.
  • Work with guest educators and external partners to align messaging for events, courses, and collaborations.
Creativity & Copywriting :
  • Apply basic copywriting skills to create compelling captions, taglines, or content briefs.
  • Collaborate on visuals using Canva to produce on-brand assets.
  • Maintain and manage detailed campaign and marketing calendars in Asana.
Problem-Solving & Teamwork :
  • Be approachable and proactive, solving challenges in real-time.
  • Foster positive relationships within the team and with external partners.
Results-Driven Approach :
  • Drive goals and track KPIs to ensure effective campaigns.
  • Continuously seek to optimize strategies and outcomes.
Who Will Love This Role :
  • You can turn ideas into posts faster than a herbal tea steeps.
  • You see deadlines as creative challenges.
  • You enjoy organizing calendars and managing multiple projects.
  • You’re a team player and a solo powerhouse.
  • You speak fluent 'meme' but also craft meaningful captions.
  • You believe in the synergy of KPIs and creativity.
  • You’re comfortable with quick calls and brainstorming sessions.
  • You manage multiple projects while nurturing your plants and creative spirit.
  • You excel at turning challenges into opportunities.
  • You are excited about regenerative design and sustainability.
Qualifications :
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Asana, Kajabi, Later, Google Suite, ChatGPT, or similar tools.

Who We Are

There was a time when all of us—every ancestor, every lineage—lived in kinship with the earth. We drank from her rivers, her veins of life. We lived as one body. The earth nourished us in ways both seen and unseen. And we, her children, gave back in song, in ceremony, in gratitude.

Now, we find ourselves in a time of forgetting—not from malice, but from the noise of a world grown hurried and hollow. The rhythms of the earth remain, but many of us have grown distant from them. What our times long for—what we ache to reclaim—is that sense of connection: with ourselves, with each other, and with the living systems that make life possible.

As a nature-based education platform, Ecoversity exists to empower individuals with the tools, skills, and relationships they need to thrive in today’s world, while honoring the living systems that hold life together. We are a school to remember.

By blending practical, career-oriented training with learning rooted in community and connection, we are building an elevated model of education—one that touches both the heart and the hands.

Ecoversity is a bridge between the fractured and the whole, the sacred and the practical, the forgotten and the remembered—a place where learning becomes healing, and every person is a steward, a protector, and a co-creator of the story we are writing together.
