We are seeking a skilled Marketing Expert with native-level English fluency and a strong background in content creation, PR, SEO, and social media strategy. As part of a dynamic and fast-growing company in the executive coaching and leadership training sector, you will kick-start our Marketing strategy and play a pivotal role in positioning our brand as a market leader. Your expertise in crafting compelling content, driving brand awareness, and leveraging SEO and PR tactics will be essential in helping us scale and become a dominant force in the leadership development space.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns that attract top-tier clients and build long-lasting brand authority.

First Year Goals:
  • Increase Brand Visibility: Position the company as a top-tier player in the executive coaching and leadership training space, increasing brand awareness through high-quality content and strategic PR efforts.
  • Grow Online Presence: Significantly grow the company’s digital footprint, increasing traffic to the website, engagement on social media platforms, and improving SEO rankings for targeted keywords in the leadership and coaching industry.
  • Content Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a content strategy that drives inbound leads, focusing on high-quality blog posts, thought leadership articles, and engaging social media content.
  • Lead Generation: Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns, increasing qualified inbound leads through organic content and PR activities.
  • Partnerships and PR Efforts: Cultivate media relationships, securing guest posts, interviews, and features in industry-relevant publications, enhancing the company’s reputation.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop content calendars, write, and optimize engaging blog posts, articles, and thought leadership content focused on executive coaching, leadership development, and relevant industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to produce case studies, white papers, and eBooks that showcase the company’s expertise and results.
  • Oversee the company’s social accounts, ensuring a consistent voice, engaging content, and strong community interactions.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Monitor SEO performance and implement ongoing improvements to ensure competitive ranking in search engines.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to position the company and its executives as thought leaders in the executive coaching and leadership development space.
  • Build relationships with journalists and influencers to secure media coverage, interviews, and guest posts in industry-related publications.
  • Create and implement lead-generation strategies through content marketing and PR initiatives to drive qualified inbound leads.
  • Work with the leadership team to refine and maintain the company’s brand voice and messaging, ensuring alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Help develop marketing materials and resources that convey the company’s unique value proposition to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Client Directors, Sales Support, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals.
  • Regularly report on key marketing KPIs, including web traffic, social media growth, PR coverage, and lead generation metrics.
  • Continuously stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing tools and tactics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Native or fluent English speaker with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Proven experience in content creation, SEO, PR, and social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Tik-Tok, Youtube) and community management.
  • Strong writing portfolio showcasing blog posts, articles, press releases, or case studies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
