Descrizione del lavoro

The candidate will drive information through corporate communication for external audiences, including customers and prospects, using multiple communication channels such as industry events, email campaigns, advertising, digital tools, social media, videos, and printed collateral.

This role involves collaboration with global commercial teams and stakeholders across cross-functional teams. It is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment, focusing on the development and implementation of global communications, managing multi-channel campaigns, analyzing data to assess success and identify pivot opportunities, and creative problem solving.

Your collaboration

Primary goals for this role include:

  • Create content and/or outlines for case studies, blogs, white papers, and other collateral
  • Write, edit, and proofread communications tailored for multiple personas
  • Serve as a proofreading resource for the Marketing team
  • Extract, collect, develop, interpret, analyze, and prepare regional reports for executive presentations
  • Assist in developing learning opportunities for employees via lunch and learns, webinars, videos, or thought leadership initiatives

Your competence

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related Healthcare management field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • 3-7 years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Native-level proficiency in English
  • Experience in translating complex information into relevant, engaging, timely, and valuable content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously
  • Expertise with Office365 suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
