JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan for the property. Manages all e-commerce opportunities and builds strong relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in sales and marketing or related field.
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  1. Conducting Daily Marketing Activities
  2. Coordinate region-wide promotions for rooms, F&B, spa, and golf.
  3. Develop leisure marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
  4. Manage and update all hotel websites.
  5. Coordinate marketing materials and brand loyalty communications.
  6. Create brochures and collateral materials.
  7. Participate in property imaging and signage projects.
  8. Analyze marketing data, including DMA reports and guest lists, to inform strategies.
  9. Track and analyze website and email campaign performance.
  10. Ensure consistent marketing messaging across all channels.
  11. Manage marketing budget and evaluate ROI of campaigns.
  12. Monitor budget adherence and recommend reallocations as needed.
  13. Maintain brand voice and visual standards across all guest touchpoints.
  14. Using Market Trends and Customer Data
  15. Evaluate new marketing opportunities and online presence.
  16. Collaborate with tourism bureaus and online platforms.
  17. Develop comprehensive marketing plans covering group and leisure segments.
  18. Oversee photoshoots aligning with brand image.
  19. Building Relationships for Sales & Marketing
  20. Identify channels to sell distressed inventory and increase occupancy.
  21. Support sales channels with marketing tools and materials.
  22. Coordinate with corporate and property teams on programs and opportunities.
  23. Plan advertising campaigns with media buyers.
  24. Assist in promotional campaigns and presentations.
  25. Manage vendor relationships, estimates, and approvals.
  26. Additional Responsibilities
  27. Maintain records of marketing materials and vendor contracts.
  28. Ensure compliance with corporate marketing standards.
  29. Approve invoices and manage financial documentation.
