This Position reports to:

Global Marketing Communications Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

As Marketing & Communications Manager for ABB Measurement & Analytics Division in Italy, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing and communication strategies to support business growth and enhance brand recognition in Italy. Your duties include localized content creation, event planning, global campaign rollouts, internal communications, and employee engagement for our offices and factory in Italy. You will ensure executional excellence aligned with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines, and global & regional strategies, serving our three Business Lines in Italy. This role offers opportunities for learning and growth within a global team and a fast-growing business.

  • Create and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Manage programs, campaigns, stories, messages, and materials supporting marketing and communications objectives.
  • Support and coordinate product launches, manage events such as trade exhibitions and customer seminars.
  • Drive internal local communications, organize townhalls with local management for offices and factories.
  • Assist management and sales teams with marketing materials, presentations, speeches, articles, social media posts, and employee recognition.
  • Stimulate lead generation via advertising, sponsorships, digital marketing, and marketing automation campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for web, social media, email, newsletters, brochures, and videos, including editing skills.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing activities' performance using metrics and feedback tools.
Qualifications For The Role
  • University degree in journalism, communication, marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with ability to translate technical topics into engaging stories.
  • Strong writing, editing, and spoken communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Open-minded, autonomous, and a strong networker with an interest in technology, strategic thinking, creativity, and a hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
  • Flexibility to travel mainly within Italy.
