Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern in Milan, Italy. You will join a dynamic marketing team, collaborating with the Director and Digital Marketing Specialist to shape external outreach and internal communications across multiple channels.

The role offers hands-on experience in events, digital campaigns, and data-driven marketing within the fast-paced IT sector, in a collaborative international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (completed or near completion)
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, plus AI-powered tools
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving
• Excellent command of English (min B2) and teamwork mindset
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation

Responsibilities

• Support the organization of customer and prospect events, webinars, and workshops from conception to execution
• Assist in creating and deploying digital marketing campaigns and internal communications content
• Help oversee lead management activities and monitor campaign performance via our CRM
• Collaborate on the development of social media content, newsletters, and landing pages
• Update databases, reports, and marketing dashboards to inform data-driven decisions
• Coordinate with vendors and partner agencies to deliver key marketing initiatives
