Tofflon Italia - Marketing Communications Specialist

For over 30 years, Tofflon Science and Technology Group has been dedicated to the production, installation, and maintenance of pharmaceutical plants, offering comprehensive services to its 2,800 customers. The company holds over 200 software copyrights, international certificates, and 2,000 patents in pharmaceutical engineering and biotechnology.

Since becoming a public company in 2011 (Stock Code: SZ 300171), Tofflon has grown to a family of 5,000 employees, aiming to become a global provider of pharmaceutical manufacturing systems and engineering solutions.

In 2019, Tofflon established Tofflon Italy to support European clients with localized technical assistance, as part of its strategy to expand into the European market.

To strengthen its internal team, Tofflon Italia is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in the role, available for 30-40% travel within Europe.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Manage online and offline communication with customers, enhance brand awareness, and support the Sales Office.
• Conduct market research within the European pharmaceutical industry.
• Localize marketing materials.
• Coordinate the design, distribution, and promotion of marketing materials through online and offline channels.
• Support exhibitions and organize local events across Europe, promoting products and services.
• Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Advertise the company and its offerings on media platforms such as LinkedIn and Xing.
• Craft and distribute regular newsletters with company updates.
• Engage in social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry topics.

Requirements

Proven experience with social media marketing campaigns, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics are essential. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Additional Details

Location: Azzano S. Paolo, Bg

Working Hours: 8:00 - 13:00 / 14:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Weekend availability required for exhibitions and conferences.

Contract: Permanent, full-time with salary ranging from €30,000 to €40,000 annually, depending on experience.

Additional info: Overtime and 13th-month salary are provided. Travel allowances are according to company policy.
