Fortidia, Milan HQ, is seeking a Marketing & Communication Intern to support the team in strengthening Fortidia’s institutional and internal communication. You will help create clear, engaging initiatives to keep employees informed, while boosting brand visibility across the Fortidia and Mail Boxes Etc.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, Graphics, or related fields.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with email marketing software and CMS platforms (WordPress).
• Content creation skills including video editing and graphic design are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Collaborative spirit with appreciation of diverse perspectives.

Aufgaben

• Support internal communication activities across the Group’s offices.
• Contribute to newsletters, emails, videos and intranet content.
• Update content on corporate intranet and internal platforms.
• Assist in organizing internal events, in person and online.
• Draft, edit and review institutional and network communications.
• Support editorial planning for Fortidia’s LinkedIn channel.
