Overview

Maison Lamoureux offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join the Marketing & Communication team of our luxury fashion maison based in Pietrasanta, Tuscany.

Renowned for its meticulous craftsmanship, poetic tailoring, and refined aesthetic, Maison Lamoureux operates both as a prêt-à-porter brand and as an exclusive couture atelier. Our creations — made from the finest fabrics and authentic Italian artisanal savoir-faire — are regularly featured on red carpets, film premieres, and international fashion editorials.

This is a rare chance to experience a 360° role within a creative, agile, and growth-oriented environment, with a strong focus on digital communication and content production.

Main Responsibilities
  • Content creation: Produce original photo and video content for Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, newsletters, and the Maison Lamoureux website.
  • Social media management: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across all platforms; write captions, optimize hashtags, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Creative storytelling: Develop engaging narratives and visual content that reflect the artistic identity and couture values of the maison.
  • On-site content: Capture behind-the-scenes moments of atelier life, fittings, events, and red carpets to highlight the beauty of Made in Italy and slow fashion.
  • Editorials & campaigns: Assist in the preparation and execution of professional photo and video shootings.
  • Digital strategy & research: Monitor post performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Community engagement: Support interactions with followers and contribute to the growth of Maison Lamoureux’s international audience.
Ideal Candidate
  • Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, or Fashion Business.
  • Strong visual sensibility and passion for photography, video, and social media content creation.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, and awareness of different content formats.
  • Good command of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other editing tools.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of English (Italian is a plus).
  • Genuine passion for craftsmanship, sustainability, and the culture of luxury fashion.
