Marketing & Brand Activation Manager

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to lead impactful marketing campaigns and events. As Marketing & Brand Activation Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing multichannel strategies that engage our community, partners, and clients through events and communication campaigns.

You will work closely with our internal team and external partners to translate vision and foresight into tangible actions—positioning FutureProofSociety as a key player in driving meaningful transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies to drive community engagement, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and company tone of voice.
  • Activate the Community – Lead the ideation and full production of original events (live, digital, hybrid), managing logistics, content, contracts, sponsorships, physical and digital materials, communications, and post-event reporting.
  • Create Content and Collateral – Produce compelling copy and assets for newsletters, the website, app, reports, and brand decks—ensuring consistency in tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Optimize Channels – Propose and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our owned and earned channels (website, app, social media, newsletter, traditional media, creators, and opinion leaders).
  • Coordinate Teams and Partners – Collaborate across PR, events, social, and consulting teams to ensure message consistency and impactful campaign delivery.
  • Display strategic decision-making abilities with the capacity to prioritize and make informed decisions under resource constraints in a dynamic environment, anticipating future needs.
  • Ensure Continuous Improvement – Monitor performance, analyze results, seek opportunities for improvement and take data-driven actions employing cross-industry best practices.

Salary : 35-42k depending on past experiences and responsibilities
