Posizione: Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: Ravenna, Italy

In Correre Naturale, we are seeking an exceptional Marketing Automation Specialist to join our young and dynamic team. Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement automated workflows for lead generation, nurturing, retention, and post-sale customer journey.
2. Manage and optimize Zoho CRM to ensure efficient data flow between marketing, sales, and customer care.
3. Develop advanced segmentation and behavioral tagging strategies.
4. Monitor campaign performance and propose data-driven improvements.
5. Collaborate with content teams to develop personalized emails, automations, and triggers.
6. Maintain a clean, updated, and functional CRM to support company growth.
7. Create dashboards and reports for weekly/monthly analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing departments.
• Proven experience with Zoho CRM, Campaigns, and Woocommerce platform.
• Experience with tools like Funnelkit, Zapier, Make, or similar for advanced integrations.
• Ability to create effective landing pages using Elementor (WordPress).
• Skill in designing, implementing, and optimizing multi-touch marketing automation strategies.
• Experience analyzing KPIs and campaign performance.
• Motivation and talent: desire to excel in commercial roles and passion for outdoor activities and running.
• Effective communication skills: clear and persuasive message delivery.
• Strong relational skills: negotiation, objection handling, and leadership aptitude.
• Proactivity and flexibility: proactive, adaptable, and charismatic.
