We are looking for a

• Marketing Assistant
• to join our office in

You will be responsible for all marketing activities, including brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, contact nurturing, SEO and content creation. By actively engaging with the business you’ll take care of implementing our digital strategies and optimize their performance.

The role involves exposure to a wide range of diverse projects, where you will collaborate in defining and implementing digital strategies to help reach internal goals. Your work will include the generation of appropriate content for inbound marketing campaigns and the maintenance of online communities.

The job term is a one-year fixed-term contract, then converted to permanent.

• European citizenship is required.
• The job consists of hands-on activities like
• Developing with the Project Manager and implementing a digital marketing strategy
• Creating engaging and SEO friendly content for the company’s website, social media pages and for press releases
• Conducting research on latest market trends and keywords
• Declining visual templates for promotional activities
• Maintaining the digital marketing calendar
• Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
• Ensuring proper usage of brand’s image and tone
• Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
• Analyzing and tracking online marketing metrics
• Creating and updating digital marketing reports
• Communicating with clients and affiliate partners
• What we need to see
• At least 3-4 year experience in a similar position
• Bachelor degree, with a Marketing scientific background and a strong interest in Technology
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Strong analytical, operational and problem solving skills
• Strong creative outlook
• Strong technical aptitude, including a good command of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Highly developed attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of proficiency with SEO tools (Semrush)
• Experience with Social Media (LinkedIn above all)
• Knowledge of web content management (Strapi or other CMS)

• Experience with digital marketing automation software (Mailchimp, Pardot )
