Competenze

  • Plus de 7 ans d'expérience en business/marketing/vente avec expérience P&L obligatoire.
  • Expertise dans les dispositifs médicaux d'urgence ou produits similaires.
  • Capacité à travailler dans une organisation matricielle.

In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.

With Bridgefield’s support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue passionately pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering the cost of healthcare, and advancing the science of resuscitation while serving the public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital market segments.

In this role and as part of an agile company that has the dedicated resources needed to achieve its strategic goals, you’ll have every opportunity to become a part of the “NewCo” we are forming and grow both personally and professionally and potentially make an even bigger impact on the acute care space – as well as on the consumers, patients and healthcare workers who depend on these innovative life-saving solutions.

In this role you will be responsible for co-shaping the strategy and deploying our Marketing & Sales efforts for the Emergency Care (EC) business in the IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece) geography. You will support and nurture our channel partners for short and long-term success.

Location : This role is located in Italy.

Your role :

You will work closely with the European Business Category Leaders, the wider European Emergency Care zone teams to design and execute the EC plans for the zone IIG.

You will support and nurture our channel partners for short and long-term success.

You will identify and initiate new business opportunities with partners collaborating with Partner Account Managers in the zone.

You will support partners with technical insights, training, and marketing to boost EC product adoption.

You will develop growth ideas and align them with European EC leads for the IIG market.

You will provide market insights and product updates

You will build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and distributors.

You're the right fit if :

You have Bachelor’s in Business, Medical Engineering, or related field experience

More than 7 years experience in Business / marketing / sales with obligatory P&L experience

You have expertise in Emergency Care devices or similar medical devices; clinical knowledge of defibrillation products is a plus

You have proven experience with indirect channels and distributors

You are skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration.

You have strong business acumen with a customer-focused approach and ability to drive results in a matrix structure.

You have excellent communication skills in English and Italian

You are willing and eager for extensive travel across Italy and occasionally other Countries in the zone and Europe.
