Our client is an innovation-driven global pharmaceutical company with a presence across Specialty, Generics, and OTC businesses. It focuses on key therapeutic areas such as respiratory, dermatology, and oncology.
In this role, you will prepare the marketing plan for retail pharma, hospital, and branded products. You will define marketing strategies and develop plans to commercialize products. You will assist during budgeting, engage with consultants and competitors to identify opportunities, and support the Country & Finance Manager with forecasting, tracking, and budgeting. Building relationships with scientific organizations and Key Opinion Leaders will be a key aspect of your role. You will collaborate with sales management and sales teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns to achieve optimal results.
You should have a scientific degree and previous experience in a similar role within a complex pharmaceutical company; experience with generics products would be a plus. You must have deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and stakeholders. You should be adept at analyzing data to develop strategies for both the marketing team and business development. Fluency in English and the ability to manage relationships with local and international stakeholders are essential.
