PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute an effective marketing and communication plan.
- Cooperate with department heads and build relationships with digital, social, and PR agencies.
- Scout and evaluate new digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Support marketing research and solicit new partnerships and opportunities.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and GA offices to increase brand awareness.
- Improve existing marketing strategies and monitor ongoing campaigns.
- Create reports to inform stakeholders about KPIs of marketing, social, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing communication, including social media strategy and influencer marketing activities.
- Evaluate collaboration requests from bloggers and influencers.
- Ensure daily updates and development of hotel social media, including editorial calendar creation.
- Engage with followers to foster interaction and community management.
- Maintain and expand the database of bloggers and social influencers with national and international contacts.
- Monitor online platforms and communities for new trends and conversations around the hotel.
- Support digital strategy and review performance of social media/digital campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with local and national media and update the press/media database.
- Evaluate and coordinate press collaboration requests.
- Monitor hotel press exposure and online reputation.
- Maintain and update hotel press reviews to maximize media coverage.
- Evaluate new marketing and communication opportunities and collaborations.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Assist in shooting management.
- Maintain daily relations with Giorgio Armani Head Office teams (PR, digital, press office, trade marketing, CRM, events, VIP, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
A Degree in Marketing and/or Communications with at least 2 years of experience in marketing.
The role requires good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written), good communication and interpersonal skills, and awareness of market trends are essential.
