As a Senior Insights Consultant (m/f/d) you will be part of the EMEA & APAC Media & Analytics Solutions Delivery team whose main objective is to support mainly FMCG manufacturers and retailers with their growth plans by analyzing the impact of their in-store sales and marketing activities and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
You will work with a team of consultants in EMEA to support Circana's Media & Analytics clients with contractual and ad-hoc services. Your role is to manage the execution of Media & Analytics projects from acceptance to delivery of insights. You will work closely with our clients and your colleagues in the EMEA & APAC Media & Analytics Solutions Delivery Team.
Project Management
- Lead teams to leverage data and analysis to make concise and compelling recommendations to clients
- Effectively manage the relationship with the client and its suppliers ( Media agency) to ensure all required data is collected and validated
- Be the key liaison between Circana’s data scientists (based in Athens Greece), insights Analysts and commercials to facilitate the delivery process and insights quality
- Ensure quality of the project through building project scope, performing quality checks, tracking timelines, challenging results
- Ensure the adequacy of the study set up and results with client expectations (as described by the SoW)
- Interpret clients’ business questions into project specifications understanding project objectives and deliverables for Circana’s analytics solutions
- Prepare impactful and relevant presentation materials (PowerPoint, Excel, potentially Unify-Circana online visualization platform) and potentially present them to the clientDuring the project execution rationalize intermediate outcomes and provide feedback and guidance to Circana’s analysts and data scientists Marketing Analytics
- In coordination with Circana’s commercial team lead, develop and deliver concise communications and presentations Lead client workshops in delivering and interpreting the results to the client
- Link industry trends and generate new perspectives, ideas or innovations that allow problems to be solved to deliver client actionable insights accelerating clients’ growth
- Build and maintain both support and trust with the client; act as a trusted advisor and delivery partner
- Develop subject matter expertise in the process and delivery of our Media & Analytics solutions
- Strive for delivery excellence improving and challenging existing delivery processes and methods
- Contribute in developing new ideas and enhanced approaches to Circana’s Analytics and Media solutions working with Circana’s Product and Commercial teams

Your profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree (ideally Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or relevant filed) or (science background with professional experience and application in sales and business)
- At least 6 years of working experience (FMCG, Retailer, Market Research or Consulting preferably in field of insights and consulting in pricing, promotions, assortment and media)
- Understanding or proven experience of statistical analysis will be a plus but is not a pre-requisite
- Strong analytical capacity with an attitude for converting data trends into insightful and actionable recommendations
- Project management and ability to plan and set up to meet internal and external deadlines and commitments.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to an internal and external audience
- Highly proficient in MS Office (specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented skills. Articulate, able to proactively identify and communicate issues, taking ownership for resolution and/or escalating as appropriate
- Curious and tenacious, provokes and gets things done in order to achieve the goals of Circana and its clients.
