A leading snacking company based in Vimercate, Milan is seeking a Marketing Activation Brand Manager. This role involves leading the business planning and innovation launches for the Wholesome Snack portfolio in Italy. Candidates should have a degree in Marketing/Management and possess previous marketing experience with strategic thinking capabilities. Strong communication skills in both Italian and English are essential for success in this role.

Looking for the chance to shape the future of snacking? If so, you’ve come to the right place! As Marketing Activation Brand Manager in Vimercate, Milan, you’ll be leading the business planning, strategy development, activation and innovation launches of the Wholesome Snack portfolio in Italy. You will get the chance to deliver fully integrated commercial plans for the brands, in line with category strategy and the country’s needs.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Annual Planning Development - Lead situational analysis, strategy development, and recommend growth plans. Align growth targets with country teams for innovation and brand activation building blocks.
  • New Product Launches - Identify the biggest opportunities within the toolboxes, make portfolio choices, and lead business cases to drive growth and margin. Set KPIs and track market results.
  • Local Amplifications and Digital Brand Activations - Lead local amplifications and digital brand activations.
  • Business Performance - Conduct data collection, analysis, reporting, and feedback on effectiveness. Track business performance and market performance, make timely recommendations on course correction plans, and provide gap-closing initiatives.
  • Leadership & Partnerships - Build a strong team with the rest of the activation team and drive the vision through the organization. Partner effectively with the central Marketing Brand Management teams, RGM teams, and external agencies on campaigns, innovation, and activation plans.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Degree in Marketing/Management or similar
  • Previous experience in marketing, demonstrating strategic thinking and solid commercial experience
  • A disciplined approach to all activities that involve setting goals, predicting outcomes, tracking performance, and drawing on learnings for the future
  • High drive for results and ownership
  • Ability to communicate & influence clearly in both local languages (Italian) and English
