The role

We are seeking a Junior Research Manager to join our agriculture panel team. This role is based in either Spain or Italy, and the successful candidate must be fluent in English and Italian due to the client base.

• Lead day-to-day projects of low to medium complexity or parts of medium to high complexity projects.
• Support client questions related to the project.
• Participate in client presentations, working alongside more senior colleagues.
• Assist in creating proposals, including designing RFPs, obtaining costs from operations (supplier management team), and estimating research hours.
• Draft study concepts, design questionnaires and topic guides, and collaborate with Marketing Science, Weighting, and Sampling teams on questionnaire development as needed.
• Support pricing development for project elements under supervision.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery within budget and timeline.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams.
• Manage project budgets and address day-to-day issues.
