The role

We are seeking a Junior Research Manager to join our agriculture panel team. This role is based in either Spain or Italy, and the successful candidate must be fluent in English and Italian due to the client base.

• Lead day-to-day projects of low to medium complexity or parts of medium to high complexity projects.
• Support client inquiries related to the respective projects.
• Participate in presentations to clients, alongside more senior colleagues.
• Assist in creating bids for proposals, including designing RFPs, obtaining costs from operations (supplier management team), and estimating research hours.
• Draft study concepts, design questionnaires and topic guides, conduct desk research on topics and the client’s business, and revise questionnaires as needed. Collaborate with Marketing Science, Weighting, and Sampling teams on questionnaire development.
• Support pricing development for specific project elements under supervision.
• Deliver projects with high quality and within planned costs.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams.
• Manage project budgets and handle daily project issues.
