The role

We are seeking a Junior Research Manager to join our agriculture panel team. This role is based in either Spain or Italy, and the successful candidate must be fluent in English and Italian due to the client base.

• Lead day-to-day projects of low to medium complexity or parts of medium to high complexity projects.
• Support client questions related to the respective project.
• Participate in client presentations, often jointly with more senior colleagues.
• Assist in creating proposals, including designing RFPs, obtaining costs from operations (supplier management team), and estimating research hours.
• Draft study concepts, design questionnaires and topic guides, conduct desk research on topics/client’s business, and revise questionnaires as needed.
• Coordinate with Marketing Science, Weighting, and Sampling teams on questionnaire development and prepare code plans for smaller or standardized projects.
• Support pricing development for specific project elements under supervision.
• Deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage project budgets.
• Handle day-to-day project issues effectively.
