Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience within financial markets or market infrastructures.
• Solid understanding of fixed income and derivatives markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain market reference data, including participant configurations and instrument listings.
• Support market participants with operational assistance and timely query resolution.
• Collaborate with product and business teams on market-related initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage the member onboarding process and ensure requirements are met.
• Perform market surveillance in line with procedures and regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and controls.
• Handle situations impacting market activity and implement solutions as needed.
