Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for a Market Leader – Nuclear / FPSO / Energy Transition / Mining.

The Market Leader is responsible for driving the strategic and operational development of the assigned market, ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment across regional sales, product development, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain functions. Acting as the global point of reference for their market, the Market Leader plays a key role in expanding commercial penetration, strengthening the company’s competitive positioning, and supporting innovation and product advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Define and regularly update the market strategy for the assigned sector.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify opportunities, support strategic bids, and drive contract closures.
  • Coordinate with R&D and Product Management to develop market‑relevant solutions.
  • Establish and maintain technical and design benchmarks to support competitiveness.
  • Align supply chain priorities and capabilities with market requirements.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and relevant technical committees within the industry.
  • Build pipeline of projects which align with our market strategy
  • Build relationships with key customers and introduce wider Trillium team
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • MBA or postgraduate education in strategic / commercial disciplines is preferred.
  • Proven experience in one of the target sectors (Nuclear, FPSO, Energy Transition, Mining) is essential
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership skills in global and matrixed environments.
  • Technical knowledge of products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Highly computer literate across common software (office, online databases, salesforce, etc)
