Mission and defining characteristics
  • Be the Point of Reference for the Zone Reporting (markets & sell-out), supporting the Retail Director
  • Manage Reporting and Data analyses, creating a new integrated way of looking at Retailers data (sell-out, consumers’ intelligences & digital analytics)
  • Own the reporting of the Activations Performances by Retailers / POS (sell-out, SOM Animated and not Animated, ROI).
Main tasks
  • Coordinate the monthly sell-out by Brands with BBLs and PM and coordinate the markets estimations (SISO, Ekimetrics, NPD), supporting the Retail Director
  • Prepare and update the file Bridge for the Zone, supporting the Retail Director in the Zone Reporting.
  • Support - in the sell-out budgeting process - the Retail Director and the Commercial teams (markets and brands).
  • Focus on customers data exploiting retailers' intelligence, ddb and digital analytics
  • Build and develop key analysis and dashboards to provide guideline and insights (sell-out and consumers) to business and negotiations
  • Strategize portfolio choices by channel / retailer / categories / brands and support commercial team to trade negotiations and investments.
  • Consolidate and provide analysis to the Activation teams on the performances of the activations (sell-out, SoM Animated and not Animated, ROI) by retailers.
  • Track and analyze sell-out per doors to provide business and actionable insights to AM Sell-outers and Sell-outers (recovery plan, negotiations with Store managers etc) and Activations Teams

  • Dashboards frequency, accuracy and easiness to use
  • Availability of common database
  • Support to Commercial Director, Sales Activations Director O+O and Retail Director (for the Zone Reporting)
