Position

The candidate will be responsible for development within specific market segments and clients belonging to a business unit. The role involves analyzing the market, anticipating potential developments, identifying new trends, and implementing innovative projects to grow the market segment and achieve objectives.

Main Activities

• Develop strategies for a market segment within an omnichannel business model
• Analyze market trends

Requirements

• Degree in Management Engineering, Innovation, Economics, or Marketing
• Previous experience in marketing, project management, or commercial areas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Innovative approach
• Excellent command of Italian and English; knowledge of German is a plus
• Courage and ambition
