Descrizione del lavoro

The role focuses on market access of gene therapies for rare diseases, including strategic planning, health economics, pricing, and reimbursement.

You will report to the head of public affairs and market access, supporting him in defining price and reimbursement strategy and in the preparation of P&R dossiers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Support the development and implementation of the optimal pricing & access strategy for Fondazione Telethon gene therapy products for ultra-rare diseases.
  • Manage the preparation of P&R dossiers.
  • Contribute to the definition of health economic, HTA, outcomes, and RWE research studies to support the clinical and economic value of medicines.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • University degree in scientific, economics, political science, or management fields.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical/biotech companies or consultancy firms.
  • PhD, MBA, or post-degree qualification in health economics/HTA is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of HTA and P&R procedures.
  • Strong analytical, digital, and communication skills.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and present material clearly and concisely.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
