MacGregor is establishing a brand-new Service Hub in Trieste, inviting experienced technical professionals to join at an early stage and grow with the operation. As a Field Service Engineer, you will work hands-on with complex mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems on marine equipment across Europe, visiting vessels, shipyards and customer sites.
You will travel extensively, read drawings and manuals, report clearly, and mentor less experienced colleagues while contributing to safety and
Competenze
- Solid hands-on experience in mechanical, hydraulic or electrical systems.
- Technical diploma or degree in a related discipline.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Willingness to travel across Europe, including overnight stays.
Mansioni
- Perform and supervise advanced service activities, including inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, refurbishments and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Prepare clear service reports and technical documentation.
- Act as a trusted technical representative with customers onsite.
- Coach and support less experienced engineers.
- Collaborate with service teams across Europe.
- Follow all safety, environmental and site requirements.
