Position: ELECTRONIC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS / MAINTENANCE MANAGERS FOR FERRERO IN BELGIUM

The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and plants used in production through corrective and scheduled maintenance interventions of electrical and electronic nature.

The ideal candidate has a background in electrical, electronic, or robotics fields. Knowledge of industrial automation principles and skills in corrective maintenance, diagnosing, and resolving electrical and electronic faults on hardware components of the production line are required.

Experience in industrial automation, programming of plant software, and knowledge of machine programming languages are considered advantageous for improving production lines.

Skills required include analytical thinking, practicality, precision, problem-solving, initiative, flexibility, stress management, self-confidence, awareness, and teamwork.

A strong motivation to relocate and develop a professional and personal project abroad within a structured and international environment is essential.

The company offers a permanent contract with a salary and contractual framework appropriate to the role and the local cost of living.

The company will cover language course expenses (French), initial accommodation costs, and support in finding independent housing. Candidates will be assisted throughout the selection process, with travel expenses covered by the company.

Candidates with resource management experience may be considered for a career path towards a Maintenance Supervisor role.
