W Florence is looking for a Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure facilities and infrastructure stay in safe, efficient condition. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to repair requests, and support guest experiences by upholding quality and safety standards across all hotel areas.

Collaborating with other departments, you will help create a welcoming environment for guests and associates while maintaining maintenance records and assisting with renovations as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certification in maintenance, engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar technical role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to perform manual and physical tasks safely.
• Availability to respond to urgent maintenance situations when necessary.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained in safe, efficient, and excellent working condition. This role performs preventive maintenance, responds to repair requests, and supports the overall guest experience by ensuring that all hotel areas meet quality and safety standards. Working closely with other departments, the Maintenance Technician helps maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests and associates.
