Job Description:

Position Summary: Respond to guest repair requests, communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and cleanliness of equipment and facilities. Maintain inventory, document activities, and perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other building systems. Follow safety protocols, adhere to company standards, and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to maintenance requests and performing repairs
• Preventive maintenance of tools and equipment
• Visual inspections and inventory management
• Operating shut-off valves and utility controls
• Performing surface preparation, painting, drywall repairs, and cleaning
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
• Using safety systems like Lockout/Tagout
• Landscaping repairs and maintenance
• Maintaining computer records and system programming
• Following safety policies and reporting hazards
• Maintaining professional appearance and guest interaction standards
• Supporting team goals and communication
• Physical tasks including lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience in maintenance, surface preparation, or hotel engineering
