Job Description

Position Summary

• Respond to and attend guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines visually.
• Carry equipment such as tools and radios.
• Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves and utility shut-offs.
• Maintain inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts.
• Display knowledge in areas such as air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, kitchen equipment, vehicles, and energy conservation.
• Perform surface preparation, painting, drywall repair, light bulb and filter replacement, and cleanup.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair various equipment and systems, including plumbing and electrical components.
• Program TVs and perform inventory duties.
• Use Lockout/Tagout system before maintenance.
• Perform landscaping repairs and maintain sprinklers.
• Display basic computer skills for scheduling and temperature adjustments.

Safety and Policies

• Follow all safety, security, and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Complete safety training and certifications.
• Properly store flammable materials.

Professional Appearance and Guest Service

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Ensure confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, address needs, and show appreciation.

Teamwork and Physical Requirements

• Develop positive relationships and support team goals.
• Communicate professionally.
• Lift objects up to 50 pounds; heavier tasks with assistance.
• Navigate stairs, ramps, ladders, and reach overhead or below knees.
• Use computers for work-related information.

Additional Duties

Preferred Qualifications
