Gi Group SpA, an authorized employment agency, is seeking specialized technical profiles for a position in Belgium.
The resources will be responsible for maintaining boilers, cogeneration engines, steam machines, compressed air systems, air conditioning units, and refrigerators.
Ideal candidates have a background in thermoidraulic plant engineering, are skilled in corrective maintenance, and can independently manage diagnosis activities and collaborate with external companies.
Essential skills include analytical ability, practical sense, precision, problem-solving, initiative, flexibility, adaptability, stress management, and teamwork. A strong motivation to transfer and establish a professional and personal project abroad within a structured and international environment is also required.
Permanent contract directly with the client company, with remuneration aligned to the role and local cost of living. The company will cover language course expenses, initial accommodation costs, and support in finding independent housing. Candidates will receive guidance throughout the selection process, with travel expenses covered. Experienced candidates in resource management may have opportunities for career advancement to Maintenance Manager roles.
