We are a multinational company operating in the metalworking sector within the fashion industry. We are seeking a STAMP PRESS MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN.

The selected candidate, who will be part of the die and press department, will be responsible for correctly setting up and maintaining molds, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Specific activities include:

1. Preparing the mold by interpreting technical drawings (manual or AutoCAD) provided by the Industrialization department;
2. Mounting the mold on presses;
3. Loading materials, starting, and controlling production;
4. Visually and dimensionally inspecting the pressed product using appropriate measuring tools;
5. Managing operations according to the production schedule provided by the Planning department;
6. Maintaining machine efficiency, cleaning, and performing routine maintenance.

The role involves interfacing with department staff, quality control, and the department manager.

The company offers a permanent contract, directly hired, with a CCNL metalmeccanica industria and a RAL up to €38,000.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, initially day shift (8-17), then rotating shifts (6-13.30, 13.30-21). Availability for overtime on Saturday morning is required.

Qualifications: Mechanical drawing knowledge acquired through education (professional qualification or mechanical technician diploma) or previous experience in similar settings, preferably in the small metal parts sector; familiarity with workshop tools and bench instruments; knowledge and adherence to health and safety regulations at work.
