ISS Facility Services, a leading Danish multinational company in the sector of Integrated Facility Services, is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team of mobile technicians operating in Milan and surrounding areas.

The candidate will support the team in:

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance within assigned sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards;
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions to restore efficiency and minimize service disruption;
• Assist specialized companies with routine maintenance tasks;
• Carry out minor repairs such as replacing locks, handles, awnings, taps, drain components, light bulbs, sockets, switches, and protection devices within electrical panels;
• Electrical system maintenance: fault localization, replacing switches and outlets, low voltage wiring, lighting and emergency light installation, electrical panel maintenance, timer and thermostat adjustments, structured cabling, and measurement tools usage;
• Mechanical system maintenance: cleaning and sanitizing filters, exchanging batteries, adjusting thermostats and microclimate controls, managing HVAC units;
• Previous experience in similar roles;
• Background in technical installation, maintenance, or plant engineering companies;
• Availability to work across multiple sites in Lombardy;
• Preferred certifications and licenses;
• Experience in the Facility sector;
• Excellent courtesy towards colleagues and clients.

Position details:

• Permanent contract, full-time, 40 hours/week.
• Flexible hours (generally 8 AM - 5 PM) with on-call availability in evenings and nights twice a month.

Work location: Milan and province

The position is open to all genders (Law 198/2006) and nationalities (Legislative Decrees 215/2003 and 216/2003).
