Location: Pavia, Italy

Humangest Spa, a company specialized in Recruitment and Selection, is seeking for an important facility management company a Mobile Electrical Plant Maintenance Technician.

The person, reporting directly to the Team Leader at client sites, will ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems by performing routine and extraordinary maintenance activities on electrical installations and electronic equipment of buildings. Tasks include fault diagnosis and repairs to ensure quick resolution of incidents, including emergency interventions.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Preferably a diploma as an electrical/electronic technician or a certified electrical qualification.
2. Training on electrical risks (CEI 11-27).
3. Experience with civil electrical systems of MV/LV, control panels, standard and safety lighting systems, intercom, telephone systems, data transmission, grounding systems.
4. Ability to independently perform maintenance activities (wiring new panels, measuring grounding and differential systems, simple installations).
5. Ability to identify electrical faults autonomously.
6. Good knowledge of procedures for activating, deactivating, and securing installations according to regulations (CEI).
7. Operational autonomy even during on-call hours.
8. Willingness to travel.
9. Preferably possess working at height certification and aerial platform operation.
10. Good skills in using measuring instruments related to electrical work.
11. Teamwork attitude and ability to manage related work issues effectively.

Contract Details

Direct contract with the company, indefinite duration, RAL to be evaluated (reference 23-32K), CCNL Multiservizi, meal vouchers, company mobile phone, and company car.

Work Schedule and Location

Full-time, day shift, Monday to Friday, rotating across properties in Lombardy. The workplace is itinerant across Lombardy.
